1M words, 4 personas, 1 AI-powered funnel

I turned over 1 million words of career coaching transcripts into a lead generation machine. AI helped me find insights, build a landing page, and create a personalized quiz funnel.

I’m Ashley — co-founder of Ladies Get Paid and a marketing consultant.

My co-founder Claire had this massive archive from years of coaching women: over 1 million words of transcripts.

Which is incredible.

Also: completely overwhelming.

I knew there were real insights buried in there — patterns about what women were struggling with, what kept coming up again and again, what was actually blocking them at work.

But historically, this is the kind of data that just… sits in a folder forever. Because who has time to manually analyze 1M+ words of transcripts, pull out the themes, turn them into something useful, build a lead gen funnel around it, and make it all look good?

Not me. Not without disappearing into a cave for six months.

AI changed that.

I used AI to analyze the full transcript archive and turn it into a qualitative research report on the career challenges women face. From there, we identified four distinct personas — each with their own patterns, fears, and next steps.

Then I used AI to build the whole experience around it: a dynamic landing page, not just a static PDF, plus a quiz funnel that helps users discover their persona.

And because the goal was not “make a pretty report and call it a day,” the quiz connects to segmented email sequences. Depending on someone’s result, they get tailored advice, relevant follow-up, and offers for physical products and coaching services.

So the final product isn’t just content.

It’s a lead generation system built from data we already had — data that otherwise would have stayed buried.

Turns out, it's our highest converting funnel for physical products.

AI took a project that felt completely impossible and made it shippable. Not in a “look, I made a chatbot” way. In a “we turned a giant messy archive into an actual business asset” way.
